What happens once the lockdown is lifted?


As businesses survive through this challenging period a lot of you have had to adjust to the temporary ways of working which has also been a challenge.


Businesses will no doubt take stock, when the lockdown is lifted, and consider the implications of this and the new climate on how they operate.


Here are some tips to think about….


  1. What are the 5 main issues we need to resolve and quickly to succeed post lockdown?
  2. How are we going to reorganise our selves in order to take advantage of the new opportunities that are available to us?
  3. How are we going to establish a norm for our customers, clients and staff?
  4. How does the remote working actually work and is it now time to consider adopting more permanent remote arrangements?
  5. Quickly review transformation programmes to ensure we have the right talent and consultancy support in place.


These are just some tips but in essence a lot of businesses need to quickly take stock and make strategic short term decisions to make long term gains.


Clearly there are going to be a lot of Recruitment and Talent Manage challenges as we go forward. Lots of people unemployed or not engaged on contracts and therefore causing traditional recruitment agencies real problems and ultimately clients getting the wrong people.
